Fahrenheit to Celsius and Celsius to Fahrenheit Converter

Official temperature scale of the United States of America is the Fahrenheit temperature scale, whereas the rest part of the planet takes advantage of the Celsius scale. So if you check out any weather forecast within the US, you'll definitely see Fahrenheit temperature out there. So, if you need to convert Fahrenheit to Celsius or make the reverse conversion, please use the following converter. It's easy to use, and it supports both “,” and “.” as a decimal mark. Just start typng the value, and the resultant value will change as you type.

Also please remember that Celsius scale is sometimes referred to as the centigrade scale because of the 100-degree interval between the defined points.

Converter °F°C: Fahrenheit corresponds to Celsius 0. Previously spoken degrees centigrade instead of Celsius.

Converter °C°F: Celsius corresponds to Fahrenheit 0.

The following simple calculation formulae are used in the converters above.

To convert °F (Fahrenheit) to °C (Celsius), use this formula:

°C = (°F − 32)×(5/9)

To convert °C (Celsius) to °F (Fahrenheit), use this one:

°F = (°C × (9/5)) + 32
